Refund And Return Policy

At KFP Rajwada, we take great care in preparing and packaging our cookies to ensure they reach you fresh and delicious. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, our refund and return policy is limited.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Damaged cookies
  • Incorrect items
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will either:

  • Issue a full or partial refund, or
  • Send a replacement order.

3. Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cookies, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the concern and offer a suitable resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety standards, cookies cannot be returned once delivered.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
